Fluffy Omelette

Doses for 1 portions


INGREDIENTS for the omelette

- 2 eggs

- salt, pepper

-parsley

- oil

- 1 tbsp of water


INGREDIENTS for the filling

- 2 spoons philadelphia cheese

- 2 slices ham



EQUIPMENTS

-blender

-frying pan


PROCEDURE

- Separate egg whites and yolks and add a bit of salt in each one



- Using a blender whip the whites.



- Add a tablespoon of water to the yolks then, using the blender, mix.



- Add the whites to the yolk mix



- add parsel and spices as you like ( pepper, chilly....)



- In a pan , heat some oil

- add the eggs mixture and cook ad medium heat with a lid for approx 5 minutes



- when the omelette base is cooked enough that the omelette can be easily moved in the pan, turn the hob eat down to its minimum

- Fill the top of the omelette with the cheese and ham and leave it for another two minutes so that the cheese will melt a bit!



- fold it in half and serve it hot or cold as you like!




This was mine, with all my heart ( tried to paint it with some cheese but I am not very good at it :D)

SUGGESTIONS

Fill your omelette with what you fancy,a suggestions could be ham and mushrooms as these is usually always my favourite filling for everything, including Pizza ( this is Alida, before my two other get mad at me!)
