Today we decided to fly with out minds to Japan! The Teriyaki sauce is an amazing creamy sweet and sour soy based sauce from the japanese tradition! this sauce can be used to cook or to garnish plates ( usually always with sesame seeds on top) and it gives, for everyone who had try it, a special ambered coloured to every ingredient!
It can be used with meat, fish or just vegetable but probably one of the most famous teriyaki this is in fact the chicken teriyaki!
This is an amazing way of quickly cook your chicken and give it a totally different taste from a roasted chicken or a simple pan fry!
You should definitely try to give it a go and try this at home! trust me you will not be disappointed!

PROCEDURE
Diced the chicken breast and put them in a bowl with some flour, mix a bit to allow all the pieces to be covered with it. Chop the vegetables I used carrot, steamed broccoli and courgette but you can use what you prefer and what you have in the fridge, this can be a nice way to use the leftovers. Keep them aside for now.
Heat the oil in a pan (better a wok) and put the diced chicken inside cook them until they get golden, at this point you can add some of the sauce (the sauce is very creamy be careful not to overdo)
Add the vegetables all together. Keep cooking for 5 minutes to cook the vegetables, keep mixing them together to amalgamate all the ingredients together, add some salt on in it.
When ready you need to serve very hot, you can add some extra sauce on the top if you like!
Enjoy!
SUGGESTIONS
You can add some cashew or crushed peanut on top if you have them. Try with different vegetables too ;)
