- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 bananas,mashed
- 150g sugar
- 1 egg
- 75g butter, melted
EQUIPMENTS
- muffins tray
- paper baking cases
PROCEDURE
This is a perfect recipe to get rid of overripe bananas, the softer they are the better.
Before starting preheat the oven 180C/gas 4.
Put in a bowl the dry components together, sifted flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt, mixing them together and put them aside.

In a large bowl mashed the banana and add sugar, egg and melted butter.

When everything is mix together you are ready to merge the flour mixture, until smooth!
Place the paper baking cases in a muffin tin and spoon the mixture in each case.
Bake them in preheated oven 20-25 minutes or until the muffins come back when tapped lightly.

SUGGESTIONS
As my usual, I add some white chocolate chips together with the mixture, it is a great combination but feel free to try your own way ;)
You can dressing your muffin as you like or leave it "naked"!
